These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and hotlive51 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality made available through the hotlive51 website at https://hotlive51.cam and any related mobile applications or platforms.

By accessing the hotlive51 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

hotlive51 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" The hotlive51 website, mobile applications, and all associated services and features accessible at https://hotlive51.cam.
• "Account" A registered user account opened in accordance with the registration process set out in Section 4 of these Terms.
• "User" / "you" Any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Balance" The total funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any credited bonus amounts (separately tracked).
• "Bonus Funds" Credits granted by hotlive51 pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under our compliance obligations, as detailed in Section 5.
• "Wagering Requirement" The number of times a bonus amount (or a multiple thereof) must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "FPX" Financial Process Exchange — the Malaysian interbank payment network enabling real-time online fund transfers between Malaysian bank accounts.
• "DuitNow" The Malaysian real-time payment transfer service operated under the Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet) infrastructure.

Access to and use of the hotlive51 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout the period of your registration:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from hotlive51 or any affiliated platform and be attempting to re-register during an active exclusion period.
• Employee Restriction: Directors, employees, contractors, and their immediate family members of hotlive51 and its associated companies are not permitted to hold a player account.

To access the full range of services offered by hotlive51, you must register for an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your Account:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and the forfeiture of associated balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify hotlive51 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team via live chat or email.
• hotlive51 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide reasons for such a decision.

hotlive51 is required to conduct identity and age verification checks as part of our compliance programme. KYC verification may be triggered at any stage, including at the point of registration, prior to the processing of a first withdrawal, following any significant change to account activity, or upon request from our compliance team.

For the purposes of KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence of the deposit method used, such as a screenshot of your e-wallet account or bank statement, to confirm ownership.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functions or, in persistent cases, account closure. hotlive51 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

hotlive51 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion may apply if funds are received in a different denomination.
• hotlive51 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, for which hotlive51 accepts no responsibility.
• In the event that a deposit is credited in error, hotlive51 reserves the right to reverse or adjust such a credit and to recover any funds that have been wagered using an erroneously credited amount.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions and timeframes:

• All withdrawal requests must be submitted to a verified account or payment method held in your own name. hotlive51 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM30 applies to all standard withdrawal requests. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated in your account settings.
• Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within 5 minutes. FPX and DuitNow transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These are indicative timelines and may vary during periods of peak demand or scheduled maintenance.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during active bonus promotions may be subject to additional verification to confirm that applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• hotlive51 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request where deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

hotlive51 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and must be completed within the stated validity period.
• hotlive51 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice where circumstances require. In such cases, hotlive51 will endeavour to provide as much notice as reasonably practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, co-ordinated wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, or placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings and may lead to account suspension.
• hotlive51 reserves the right to apply a maximum bet limit on bonus play. Bets placed in excess of the stated limit during an active bonus period may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the hotlive51 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. hotlive51 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error, as defined below.
• In the event of a manifest error — an obvious and demonstrable error in odds, pricing, or market data that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect — hotlive51 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within each market prior to bet placement. These limits may be adjusted at hotlive51's discretion.
• For Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets — a popular wagering format among Malaysian football bettors following Liga Super Malaysia and EPL fixtures — the rules governing each individual selection shall apply to the relevant leg of the accumulator. If one leg is voided, the parlay will be recalculated using the remaining valid selections.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. hotlive51 accepts no liability for disruptions to live bet acceptance caused by third-party data feed interruptions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hotlive51 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and the forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration or account maintenance.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting — including the use of non-public information to place wagers on sporting events.
• Attempting to launder money or to use the Platform for any purpose related to financial crime.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, as defined in Section 8 above.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the hotlive51 support team or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

All content on the hotlive51 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of hotlive51 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of hotlive51.

The hotlive51 name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of hotlive51. Use of these marks without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hotlive51 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or inability to access account information due to technical faults or maintenance;
• Interruptions to service caused by factors beyond hotlive51's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, prices, or market data resulting from manifest error.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". hotlive51 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any information or content displayed thereon.

hotlive51 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the potential for harm associated with gambling activity. We recognise that for a small proportion of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users and can be accessed via your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you fund your account within any given period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the Platform per session.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you may lose within a defined period.

Minor or administrative amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing obligations, or updates required by law) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain comfortable with the current version. The version date and version number displayed at the top of this page indicate when these Terms were last updated.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which hotlive51 operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and hotlive51, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Our team will endeavour to resolve any complaint fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction for resolution. Nothing in this clause shall prevent hotlive51 from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
